What's New in the Latest Version 10.24

Bug fixes and performance improvements.

This release introduces:
- the ability to share user-created programs (reintroduction)
- for new users, exercise weights are automatically set for them depending on strength training experience, and more exercises contain instructions.

And important bug fixes:
- many program workouts had incorrectly ordered exercises :'(, but this is now fixed
- exercise settings for program exercises wouldn't persist if you re-opened the app. This is now fixed.
