The application is a new means of communication between ANEPS members and the consumer market for credit products (Personal Loan, Payroll Loan, Direct Consumer Credit CDC, Real Estate Credit, among others). With this app, customers will be able to open and manage their complaint calls, facilitating communication between the parties.
