IMPORTANT: The NFC antennas of telephones and transport cards interact with each other in different ways, so it is important that the user invest a little time in detecting the optimal position between his telephone and card. Most of the time, it is enough to slowly approach the card in a landscape direction to the upper back area of ​​the phone, where the camera is usually located, without actually touching it, although it can also work well by touching the phone. As soon as a red circle of activity appears in the center of the screen, hold the card for a moment at that point until the card is read/written. If you're having trouble, you can also try holding the card to the back (touching the phone) before launching the app.

RECHARGE PROCESS: 1) Open the app, 2) bring the transport card closer to your phone to read it (do not remove it until you read a message of the card recorded correctly), 3) DETACH THE CARD, 4) pay your recharge, 5) GO BACK TO THE APP TO RECORD THE CARD, 6) bring the card close to the back of your phone again (do not remove it until you get a message that the card has been successfully recorded), 7) check that your card has been recharged by reading the card again to check that the balance or the start/end date, in monthly installments, has been updated, otherwise the operation will be pending and you will have to repeat the recording process.

If any error occurs or card writing takes more than approx. 2 seconds, or you don't see the red activity circle in the center of the screen on card reading/writing, please close the app completely, open it again and follow the instructions on the screen.

Never close the app after payment. You must return to the application once you have been authorized.

The "Recarga Castelló" application is authorized to recharge transport tickets issued by the Castellón City Council and the coordinates dependent on the Department of Infrastructure and Mobility of the Generalitat Valenciana.
