The Real Sleep app is an app that allows you to check your sleep score, sleep time, sleep depth, etc. from the sleep state measurement results.

In addition, based on sleep data, you can receive personalized advice aimed at improving your sleep.

Sleep measurement requires a dedicated device "Sleep Monitor 01" and an au ID.

By simply placing the Sleep Monitor 01 between your mattress and bed or under your futon, you can measure your sleep status (heart rate, breathing rate, body movement) in real time.

You don't need to wear the sensor or operate it when you sleep/wake up.

[Main functions]

- Sleep score lets you know how good your sleep is on a daily basis.

-Sleep stages give you detailed information about your sleep, such as depth of sleep, REM sleep, etc.

- See data about your heart rate, breathing, and body movement.
