RCD Fuel Management

To Upload Invoice copy of shipment /register a maintenance complaint at RCD.

Reliance provides fuel to Indian Railways in which every stage is rely on manual effort which delays financial procedure .This app is to mitigate manual efforts and expedite the financial process. When RCD demands for a fuel supply, Reliance provides the required quantity of fuel and sends invoice copy with the Tanker driver. Once driver reaches the intended RCD, Railway Officer will verify the Invoice details like quantity with the actual reading and will update the same in the Invoice. The App will be used by the Railway Officer to scan the Invoice copy and submit the receipt details (as PoD) to the backend server(s) of Reliance .By virtue of this process via app, Invoice copy and PoD details will be available for the further financial process immediately.

And During the contract period Reliance hold the responsibility to provide the maintenance support to the equipment installed at the Railway consumer depots. Real time monitoring of complaints & Visibility is a challenge as no call logging system is in place. As of now this system depend on manual intervention to register and track the complaints. This app is to facilitate the real time call logging and transparency of the complaints registered.

1. View list of pending shipments arriving at the RCD.

2. View, Verify and Update the Invoice details.

3. Mark Shortage in the quantity and any other inputs in the form Receipt.

4. Upload the scanned Invoice copy and Receipt details to Reliance backend.
