You will be provided with a daily workout and diet to follow from a library of healthy and delicious recipes. You can also connect your Apple Watch to the app to track your progress during live workout sessions with Nicole.

This app promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle that is achievable for everyone to follow.

Your workouts will have a range of intensity levels, but all are doable for all fitness levels and no longer than 1 hour.

The app includes quick & effective workouts, challenges, Weekly live sessions and a community filled with like minded individuals who have put their Fitness & Health first.
