Izabel Radio FM Santa Izabel do Oeste-PR went on air on a trial basis, on December 23, 2013.

It was inaugurated February 8, 2014, had its license issued on June 27, 2013.

Izabel FM's mission is to air a program that gives the listener the novelty, so it can always be well informed and also have fun with the best music, entertainment and diversity.
