Qube Site Survey

This version of the App contains improvements discussed in the Site Survey, Special Interest Group. A full list of changes for this version can be found on the Customer Zone, these changes include:
- More informative sync messages.
- Ability to add more than one photo to a photo question.
- Ability to select a photo thumbnail and view it full screen.
- Annotate a photo when viewing full screen, (draw on the photo and add a caption).
