The Qualitor is a complete software for managing attendance and can be used in service-desk or Helpdesk, SAC - customer service, CSC - Center for shared services or Ombudsman. Qualitor Mobile for Android is part of the portfolio of products Qualitor, with the notable advantage of mobility.

Requires license to use the software Qualitor.

It has the following key features:

• Opening and attendants called for applicants

• Access to calls to be serviced by attendants, as incidents, service requests and tasks

• Access to the requesting their callings

• View customer data, including addresses shown on map

• Capture the geographical location of the attendants (shown instantly in Qualitor)

• Ordering of display called by various criteria

• Registration of activities along the so-called (follow-ups) including type of activity and time spent per activity

• View the complete history of activities (called history)

• Actions can be made to work in process steps and workflows

• Check lists and custom fields are supported, configured as optional or required, as defined in Qualitor

• Upload and view attachments (photos, pictures and voice recordings)
