The Qural Delivery Boy App helps in simplifying the door-to-door delivery process. It allows to add agents as delivery boys and assign orders for deliveries. The Admin team can assign orders to agents and effortlessly track orders assigned to the agents in the app, mark the order status and view the order history.

Merchant(Qural) can let the agents join as delivery boys, assign orders to them, and let them manage the deliveries via the Android/iOS mobile app. Delivery boys can update order status & view order history in the app.

Required Skills And Qualifications To Become A Delivery Boy/Agent

Valid Driving License

Government ID card

Bike registration documents(If employee uses his/her own vehicle for work)

A well maintained bike(If employee uses his/her own vehicle for work)

Should maintain latest Android or IOS device which supports the delivery boy application (If employee uses own device for work)

Should be physically and mentally fit that he/she can work at different climatic conditions and covers long distances

Should be good at driving and well known about traffic rules

Should able to lift and carry heavy orders if necessary and operate a vehicle for prolonged periods of time

Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal communication and conflict resolution

Mindset for organization and attention to details

Registration Process

Person who is qualified to work as Delivery Boy at Saince should reach Saince office directly along with mentioned documents by the Qural Support Team

Support Team should verify all the documents and create an Account for the candidate in the database

Upon successful creation of account a Unique Account ID should be generated through that candidate can login in to the Delivery Boy application

Account Id should be used to Track delivery boy, Manage his/her account from admin application etc.

Installation Process

As per our requirement, the Delivery Boy app is an in-house installation not uploaded to the Google play store or App Store.

After completion of user Registration and Account creation, Support team will install the delivery boy application in user device using a shared APK file
