All our studio sessions utilise our Pilates zone featuring a full range of Balance Body Pilates equipment. Instructors will also take you through your paces in the Functional Training Zone with NoHRD, Rip 60, Spin, Rowing, Water Training, and Weights. Pure Balance Online will also get you feeling great with live lessons and its catalogue of sessions updated daily.
