The app is recognizing the sound of your punches and calculates the time difference between punches.
It reacts to the volume of the punch. You can set the threshold in the settings of the app.
Like this it is able to record your punch performance.
How many seconds you have thrown punches or combinations in one round.
After a training session you can see your performance on a certain day or in a certain round.
