Where there's a will, there's a way' that's how our parents used to always motivate their children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren. Even though these expressions are considered sacred words because they were conveyed by parents, their use is increasingly decreasing. In terms of ideas, we can at least trace positive psychology from Jung's opinion regarding culture and views of the future. Humanistic psychology emphasizes this with a philosophical belief in human power, humanity.

With these various background views, it is clear that there is hope that Positive Psychology can become a reference for human behavior in the future.

In our daily activities we tend to think more and suggest ourselves with negative things. This is proven by how often we complain about various conditions, even though they happen routinely. We hope that conditions change according to our wishes; even though in fact humans are equipped with the ability to adapt to face challenges.

Therefore, we are the ones who actually need to change our attitudes in facing unfavorable conditions, and not vice versa, always suggesting ourselves with negative things because this tends to make a person increasingly helpless.

Iman Setiadi Arif's work is based on positive psychology which is aimed at self-empowerment efforts, as has been widely studied by Martin Seligman, a figure in positive psychology. Empowerment, like powerlessness, is not an innate aspect, but is acquired through a learning process.

Arif tries to examine and study it on a scientific basis, which, although explained simply enough to be easily digested by many people, can also be used as a reference book. Through this book, readers can observe steps for self-empowerment to overcome the obstacles of everyday life.

Hopefully the material content of this application can be useful for self-introspection and better improvement in everyday life.
