He is the General overseer of the Shiloh International Ministries under the Chief Overseer, the Holy Spirit. The founder is Jesus Christ. He was Born in 15th January, 1979 at Njombe town, the headquarter for Njombe Region ( Formaly Njombe District), he has high school education background, first born among the four children of Kilawah’s family, a born again Christian since at the age of Primary education (Standard three) when he was in Pentecostal Church of Tanzania
