Proformas Verum turns your smartphone into a mobile productivity tool that gives you clarity and certainty of the activities carried out by your team.

Proformas Verum consists of two parts, a mobile application installed on the Smartphones of your work team and our web portal to monitor them.

From the Verum web portal you have complete visibility of the activities of your team in real time. You get historical activities with automatic location every 5 minutes and all the information sent by your collaborators through the forms, which are stored for 180 days inside the portal.

With the Forms, obtain evidence and validation with Photographs, Scan of Bar / QR Codes, alphanumerics, multiple choice and Performance Reports.

The application obtains from the equipment: GPS data, ICCID, battery level, on and off. Photos and audio taken from the application with the camera and the microphone are also sent.
