Priority SMS

Version 1.1:
• Fix for some* SMS apps
• Volume setting
• Default contact picture
• Fix issue with multiple contacts having the same number
• Fix some crashes

* Priority SMS should work with all SMS apps on Android 4.4+ and most SMS apps on 4.3 and below. If Priority SMS still doesn't work with your SMS app, it's probably something that needs to be fixed by the developer(s) of the SMS app.
