Third: Follow-up. It is very preferable for a spiritual guide to follow this approach with you individually, whether the father of confession or a spiritual servant, the important thing is that he has depth and spiritual experience and lived these matters and has enough time to follow you, and if you do not find then ask every day from the Holy Spirit and he will guide you and teach you but the topic It will require more effort and awareness until you can complete to the end, and the Holy Spirit will never leave if you ask for it every day but will be your teacher all days.
