This is a tool to assist you as a decision-maker and to enhance your experience with the Preventice notification process. When a member of the Preventice team notifies you via phone call, you will have the option to view relevant patient information and event report on this app for 14 days.

Installing this app will not change your notification settings defined in your Service Level Agreement or Stoplight Protocol.
