•Temporarily disable update scheduler in Android 8.0+ due to crash & lack of time.
•Fix rare crash when backing out of preferences.

•Disable auto-scheduled download of flares every 48+ hours to reduce load on Heavens-Above & hopefully help get the quota to stop being exceeded.
