The main door of various activities of the West Java Regional Scout Kwartir members. The West Java Scout Application, is an innovation developed by the West Java Regional Kwartir Scout Movement Organization. Attempts to digitize the organizational structure of the Scout Movement starting from the Regional Quarter, Branch Quarter, to Front Gugus. Also as a medium for updating the data of each member of the Scout Movement.

Realizing the West Java Scouts as Inner and Outer Champions, with the main goal of making the West Java Regional Scout Movement Organization a Champion who is ready to innovate and adapt to new ideas in realizing the leading Scout scouting organization in Indonesia.
