First Release.
Made design changes for mobile UI and tablet UI. Added discount functionality, so we can apply the discount while generating bill. Made payment options as dynamic, so we can select the payment options we want while generating bill.

We can make the device as printable device so we can print the bill from printable device and non printing devices. Check Settings menu item to make the device as printable or not.
