POC Academy

The Official Digital Academy for Persons of Concern and their Caregivers

The Persons of Concern (PoC) Academy is the largest collection of Online Learning Resources for Persons of Concern, survivors, and their caregivers. It is jointly powered by the Federal Government of Nigeria through the National Commission for Refugees, Migrants and Internally Displaced Persons (NCFRMI) and Sapphital Learning Ltd.

We are building a community where all Organizations that are involved in caring for Persons of Concern can come together and host their learning contents to educate, empower and elevate PoCs and their families and communities.

The world is experiencing many conflicts that are affecting the lives of many men, women, and children. These people need help and there are organizations and Government institutions mandated to help in various forms. Those organizations need implementing partners to achieve their goals. The POC Initiative and the POC Academy are structures put in place to ensure we give hope, knowledge and resources to those in need so that they can be fully integrated back into society and improve their chances of survival, career growth and business opportunities.

The Courses on the PoC Academy will be delivered in English, Pidgin and local African languages to reach millions of PoCs across Africa. Courses will cover areas such as:
