Plus for Trello

Companion for the chrome extension Plus for Trello.
New in version 0.9:

- Open boards and cards from within the official Trello app. Use "send link" to the Plus for Trello app to open there.

- Preview the card s/e bar. It does not yet save s/e. Intended to receive feedback from users.

- Optimize for Android 5. Still works since 2.3 and above.

Notes:
android versions before 4.0 (about 10% of you) do not show notifications but pinned cards still show in home.
