Added Thunderforest maps as a new tile source and their outdoors and landscape maps are good choices for landscape photographers and hikers (you need to apply your own thunderforest key, choose Hobby project which is free, and enter it under Settings - Service Providers).
Fixed a bug that the custom obj model was loaded incorrectly.
Fixed several bugs and some improvements for the offline map feature.
