Better check for Wake on LAN that an IP address is required in the host field.

In Subnet Scan the MAC addresses are now clickable, which adds them to the list of remembered MACs - useful for Wake on LAN.

Fixed the layout of the dialog listing the remembered MAC addresses.

Comply with Play Store rule that prohibits mentioning that donations can be made to support the app development.
