More intuitive editing of the DNS server list.

Removed the preference of whether or not to show the options dialogs before an operation; they're always shown now.

When saving HTML or KMZ files, the file name now contains the host name or IP address.

Is it up? once again works.

Fixed bug that prevented the DNS server list being shown from within the built-in help.
