Here at Physiq Fitness we provide personal training from highly certified trainers. We offer a free training consultation to assist in pairing our clients with the most adequate fitting personal trainer for their fitness goals.

We offer Quench smoothies for post workout recovery or meal replacement. Our Quench smoothies have won best in the mid-valley for the last 3 years!
