About PHS Sales & Service

PHS Group Employee App – submit sales leads, raise cases and receive feedback.

Our Sales & Service app is a smartphone application designed specifically for PHS employees. It gives you the ability to submit a sales lead, raise and track a customer issue or share stories with like-minded colleagues across the business.

The app provides real-time information on the status of leads and incidents that you have raised yourself, providing you with better visibility of your own performance. We’ve been listening to your feedback, and hope the introduction of things like this app will provide you with greater transparency of where things currently sit within the business.

The rise of handheld devices, smartphones and tablets has made us contemplate the ways in which we can submit leads and raise incidents. As such, we have included the ability to submit photos – after all, a picture is worth a thousand words.

See a competitors products in a washroom? Snap a picture, draft a few words and submit your lead. Then use the “My lead status” screen to track where the lead is in its journey from submission to, hopefully, a customer sale!

See a damaged vending machine onsite at one of our customers? Take a photo, tell us what you see and submit your case. Then use the “My case status” screen to track where the case is in its journey from submission to, hopefully, a swift resolution for the customer. The idea is that should a customer query what is going on with an issue they have raised with you, a quick check of the case status screen will allow you to tell them what is going whilst they are in front of you. More accurate information will allow you better communication with our customers.

We have also introduced some gamification by allowing you to attain bronze, silver or gold stars for the number of leads, converted leads, incidents and stories you submit. For the more competitive among you, we have brought in a league table where you can check your ranking for the submission of leads and converted leads across the whole of PHS!

Want to share stories from your job with colleagues? Submit tales from your day – where a customer has paid you a compliment or you want to share top tips with other people. You can also ‘like’ (or ‘unlike’) stories submitted by others which adds a more social dimension to the app.

Once downloaded, to allow login, you need to use your employee number and password *

* You also need to have a paid Salesforce license in order to login to the app. Your role must also be set in Salesforce to allow the submission of leads & cases.
