0. From 1.99 to 2.00: reduced memory usage. This should fix the crashes observed by some users.

1. Added incident light meter based on phone's hardware light sensor, when available.
2. Viewfinder refactored. When a picture is taken, it takes the place of the viewfinder. Touch it again to go back to viewfinder.
3. Added new Settings panel - touch the gear icon to open it
4. Choice of distance unit is now in Settings
5. Depth-of-field calculation parameters can be adjusted in Settings.
