Pervacio Retail Diagnostics is a tool that helps technicians or store reps at the Mobile Retail stores, in performing a quick device health check of their customers' devices.

All the user interface and UI flows are a result of close cooperation with the telecom carriers. Carriers want to provide this solution to their retail reps to perform health check on their end consumers devices.

Performing Diagnostic Testing:

For each common test category, a trained retail rep performs a series of simple actions. For example, if assessing the camera, the app will ask you to perform a series of tests relating to your camera functionality, or when checking the phone’s speaker, the app will play music and then ask you to confirm whether you heard this.

When conducting a full device health check, the retail rep has the ability to perform over 50 individual device functionality tests. This is great way to ensure end consumers device remains in top working condition.
