Why Paybox?

Get discounts and earn rewards for buying a coffee, eating lunch, getting your hair done, picking up your dry cleaning, and even collecting your prescriptions. All day. Every day. And it's absolutely free, with Paybox app.

So how does it work?

Well, simply download the app, and take a look around.

For loyalty, enter a 6 digit code into the correct loyalty card, given to you by the vendor.

For deals, simply browse deals, click purchase when you are ready, then find a 6 digit code for your purchased deals in your 'purchases' tab, ready to redeem at the vendor.

The very first time you collect points from a vendor, or purchase a deal, you will need to create a profile to keep your points safe. This applies to instore and remote loyalty (takeaway deliveries and if you forget to collect your points in store).

In the rare case that there is a technical fault, or your points don't add on immediately, for example, please contact a member of our team at [email protected], and we'll get to work resolving the issue for you straight away, or use the customer support feature under 'profile'.

Keeping push notifications enabled will give you immediate access to exclusive deals with our vendors, special promotions and offers which you can only receive through Paybox. enabling location with enhance your user experience and make finding participating vendors even more easy than it already is.
