New particles speed slider to speed up and slow down the particles

You can now pause all the particles

A new "freeze" toy has been added, freezing all particles in it's grasp!

You can drag the toys, dragging empty space now places toys

Open Source - the code is now available on Github https://github.com/JerboaBurrow/Particles (GPL v3)

Fades in on changing number of particles (reduces flashing)
