At the same time as the recently inaugurated tool room, there is also a room dedicated to PowerLifting. You will find a latest generation rubberized floor, racks, Olympic benches, calibrated weights and barbells for every need.

In addition to the equipment room, the New4Fitness gym offers a schedule of courses suitable for all needs and all intensities. Low impact courses such as postural gymnastics or Pilates alternate with very intense courses such as HIIT or the Cross Functional course.

To complete the services you can find a comfortable Wellness Area, in which you can carve out moments of total relaxation thanks to the Sauna, 6 relaxation beds, a path of sensory showers and an herbal tea corner.
