1- Add new spinner in Contractor reply module with update status In Process and Resolved (Unverified) .
2- Add new Fine Imposed spinner (Yes/No), remarks and attachments in Admin reply module with Resolved and Unresolved status .
3- Add new Responsible Person reply module.
4- Responsible Person reply with recommendation spinner (Yes/No), remarks and attachments on submit.
5- Contractor and Admin reply is show when responsible person can make his final decision.
