Bluetooth interface for Overkill Solar BMSs

Overkill Solar Android App allows users to connect with the Overkill Solar Battery Management System (BMS). It can monitor voltage of the cells, total capacity, charging and discharging current, and switch the charging and discharging ports on or off.
