Fixed an issue with Flash Card categories.

NEW in 4.2:
-Added the ability to remember the last loaded lesson across multiple devices.
-Added a cross-device function to remember the last loaded example in each lesson.
-Updated hundreds of pictures with modern photography.
-Added a quick toggle button for the English subtitles.
-Added the ability to repeat the sentence in the “Simple Practice” exercises.
-Fixed an issue with the sound playback when using Bluetooth headphones.
