OSS Scanner is an application to scan QR Codes on OSS licensing products

OSS Scanner is an important application that can be downloaded by businesses, government agencies, institutions, or other parties to be able to scan QR codes on licensing products issued by the OSS system such as NIB, Business Licenses, Commercial / Operational Permits and others. This application can be used as a tool to view business permit data as well as a tool to detect the validity of NIB and business licenses issued by OSS. The data in OSS is dynamic and can be changed at any time in real time.

OSS scanner is very easy to use. For general users, the application can be used without having to log in first. General users can immediately use the "Scan QR" feature to scan the QR code. Simply point the camera at the QR Code contained in the licensing product issued by OSS. If the scan is successful, the application will automatically bring up detailed information from the scanned permission. At the bottom of the data a "Preview" button will appear. From this feature, the business actor can see a copy or a copy of the licensed product that is scanned. Thus the user can compare permission products in the form of scanned hardcopy with softcopy of the application. This is expected to help in checking the validity of permit documents.

For Business Actors, Ministries / Institutions, and the One-Stop Integrated Investment Service (DPMPTSP) Province / Regency / City can also utilize the application by logging in first in the application. For businesses, please log in in the application using the OSS username and password that you already have. This username and password are the same as those used to log in to the oss.go.id page. After businesses log in to the OSS Scanner application, several menus will appear, namely NIB List, PTSP List, FAQ, Information and Help.

In the NIB list menu contains a list of NIB in the business actor's account that has been registered in the OSS. When one NIB is clicked, legality, NIB, and Activity data will appear. The legality data contains data related to capital, legality (deed), management and shareholders as well as data on the aims and objectives. NIB data includes, among others, company profile data (Name, NIB Number, NPWP, Address, etc.), KBLI data, basic permits, and NIB authorization. While the activity data contains a list of business activities of the registered NIB. The PTSP List menu contains a list of Province / Regency / City DPMPTSP addresses. The FAQ menu can be used to search for answers to various questions related to OSS, regulations, and investment in general. The Information and Help menu contains contact lists for consulting on OSS.

Ministries / Institutions or DPMPTSP can also use the application by logging in first using the OSS username and password that they have. After logging in the PTSP List, FAQ, and Information and Rock menu menu will appear. In addition, in the DPMPTSP menu there is also a Scan feature to scan QR Codes in licensing products published by OSS.
