About Ordio

Digital timekeeping

Automate daily processes in your restaurant with Ordio Workflow Automation. In addition to extensive personnel administration and personnel deployment planning, you can use Ordio Workspaces to create duty rosters, record working times, file documents for your employees and much more.

- Query availabilities

You create deployment plans or duty rosters and let your employees indicate their availability via applications or assign them directly yourself.

- Time tracking via app

Your employees check in when they start work (check-in), record their breaks and end their working hours in the app. If necessary, with location-based restrictions (GPS) or a signature in the app as confirmation.

- HR master data of the employees

Your employees update their master data independently and your tax consultant will be informed directly if requested. You invite your employee by e-mail, he fills out all the desired master data and your tax consultant is informed. If you cancel it again, your tax advisor will of course also be informed!

- Detailed evaluations & exports

All times at a glance and, if necessary, export them and make them available to the tax consultant.
