"Virgin Mary, Mother of beautiful love, Mother who never ceases to come to the aid of an afflicted son, Mother whose hands never stop serving her beloved children, for they are moved by the divine love and the immense mercy that exist in your heart, turn your compassionate gaze on me and see the tangle of us in my life. You are well aware of my despair, my pain and how tied up I am because of these knots. Mary, Mother whom God entrusted to untie the knots of her children's lives, today I entrust the ribbon of my life in your hands. No one, not even the evil one, will be able to take you out of your precious protection. There is no knot in your hands that cannot be undone. Mighty mother, by your grace and your intercessory power with Your Son and My Deliverer, Jesus, receive this knot today (your request here) I ask you to untie it for the glory of God, and for ever and ever. You are my hope. O my lady, you are my only consolation given by God, the strength of my feeble strength, the wealth of my miseries, the freedom, with Christ, of my chains. Hear my plea.
