Interaction with the workforce management platform

The mobile application allows employees to quickly and conveniently interact with the OptiSystems WFM workforce management platform.

The application allows:

• View the current work schedule

• View work schedule

• View submitted requests to change the work schedule

• Form requests for changes in the work schedule

• View and select suitable additional shifts

The app will also keep you up to date with any changes in work schedule or application status.
