OPINATOR Kiosk

Application for the OPINATOR solution in Tablets

OPINATOR Kiosk application allows Access to OPINATOR service in physical points by using tablets and other Android based devices. The Kiosk application has a specific launcher that allows to be will be shown in the screen always and prevent from accidental screen abandonment.

NOTE. In order to use OPINATOR Kiosk, it is mandatory to have an account in www.opinator.com. Contact OPINATOR at info@opinator.com or to your OPINATOR representative.

WARNING! This App uses the Device Administrator permission. Do not use it before fully reading this text.

At App start, the following permissions are requested:

- Camera. It is required for scanning QR codes. The permission is only necessary if this reading functionality is used.

- Location. This permission will allow the user to manage their devices centrally at all times. It is only necessary if such management is desired.

- Phone. Used for reading the device IMEI in order to have a centralized IMEI inventory. It is only necessary if such management is desired.

- Device Administrator. This permission is need for blocking and unblocking the device for kiosk operation. It also allows switch the device on and off at preset times for app actualizations. It is only necessary if these functionalities are needed.

The user will be able to revoke any of these permissions at any time for System Adjustments screen.
