1-) I cannot log into the application, it gives an error or throws it out, what is the reason?

There may be many reasons for this. First, make sure you have an internet connection and have the latest version of the app. Generally, the reason for the problems are as follows;

a. Your interactive user and your VUU user do not match. (Application fails.)

b. Although you have a VIU user, it has not been activated or is not authorized. (You will usually see a blank page within the app.)

c. Your session has been terminated. (User sessions are terminated at specific time intervals. Touch the authority button at the top right to log out, then log in again.)

2-) I want to reset my password, what can I do?

Our system works synchronously with Interaktif. You can reset your password via Interactive.

3-) I can not get notifications what should I do?

Be sure to allow the app to send notifications. You can check your trail through Settings> Applications> Parent Communication Triangle. You can then resolve the problem by logging out and logging back in.
