Fixed AMOC dmg + treasure chest gold!

Released Prestige Feature! (After your character reaches level 600, you can prestige, which resets your game (keeps pearls, mana, and powers), but gives you mana based on how far you progressed.)

-Fixed bug with AMOC dmg calc... should get more dmg now.

-Increased "make it rain" gold reward by 25%.

-Added in "Watch Ad" feature to get a 100% gold bonus boost for 4 hours after watching an Ad.
