Support DXF import as the base map, and add function of selecting points on the DXF base map to the staking point library.
Add the export of the collected line when exporting DXF.
Support SIMA format import with empty elevation data, add the encoding setting when selecting SIMA import and export, to avoid the situation of garble code.
When connecting with Oscar, it can be chosen to shut down the Oscar receiver at the same time when exiting Nuwa app.
