Notification Listener Settings

Provides a shortcut to the "notification listener" control panel.

Android 4.3 introduces support for "notification listeners," apps with permissions to do things like read which notifications are present and even interact with them.

There is an outstanding bug in Android 4.3 where the notification listener control panel is not listed in Settings. This app provides a shortcut to it.
