New patch notes:

- added event log history (press the event log to toggle)
- fixed some event log entries
- fixed a bug where fire breaking out destroys more than one tile
- reduced frequency of travelling vendor visiting your settlement relative to other events

Previous patch notes:

- tweaked sound volume
- added a soundtrack consisting of 6 different tunes
- added "mute music" button to settings
- added a setting for random event lingering time
