Improvements:
- Added "Length of wakefulness" parameter to Sleep Efficiency Score in the sleep details view
- Added "Effective sleep time" in the sleep details view
- Updated the descriptions of sleep parameters
- Updated the algorithm for calculating fall asleep time

Bugfix:
- Fixed a crash when trying to reset user's password
