Keep track of the score and other stats during a game of netball.

Netball Score Card allows you to track various stats during a game of netball, primarily focusing on scoring.

As this is an early release, the features are limited. More will be added as they are developed.

- Added Undo button: you can now undo the latest score per team
- Added custom quarter timer: adjust quarter length between 8 and 15 minutes (please let me know if this range is not large enough)
- Finished match screen now displays scoring breakdown by GA/GS
