The naturgucker.de-Meldeapp is primarily a tool for you as a nature observer, with which you can record your observations professionally in the field, and then transfer them to the database of naturgucker.de or nabu-naturgucker.de. This procedure saves you considerable time compared to classic taking notes and retrieving data on the PC.

For all observations, you can capture excursion information and directly attach voucher images. A comprehensive documentation of nature observations will be so easy for everyone. For observations, more than 60,000 species are available worldwide, including all bird species.

The notification app works completely offline. In the area, therefore, access to the mobile Internet is not required. Of course, you can still use it anytime if you wish, or alternatively, transmit your observations later via a wifi connection.

The naturgucker.de-Meldeapp also introduces the documentation basics for the most important species groups in a lexicon area. If you encounter something unknown and have no previous experience with any of these species groups, you can read about what you should look out for when documenting your observations, so that a specialist can help you later with the determination.
