Naptime - the real battery sav

Naptime 7.2.1
1. Doze stats now work even if "Aggressive mode" isn't enabled!
2. Better Light Doze logging
3. When running Taskers intent, Naptime service will go on/off and not just the setting
4. Prevent doze from being forcefully applied on root mode if high perf location is detected (assuming that feature is enabled ofc)
5. Some small cosmetic changes & overall improvements
